This guesthouse was established to let the company and its owner intercommunicate with important foreign people. Therefore, this building has been designed based on the idea of “hospitality,” especially “comfortableness,” “sophistication,” and “internationality” as sub-themes. While the outside of this building appeals to the urban coolness, the interior is designed stateless by collaboration with the interior designer Darrell Schmitt (Wilson & Associates). The basic interior colors were well coordinated with the limestone’s beige.
