Kasukabe city is located in the southern Saitama prefecture, and accommodate 230,000 people as population. In February 2008, a design competition hosted by “Urban Design Center” was held, and we could win the above award. The principal concepts of our scheme was concentrated in the following 3 agenda.

1. Creation of advanced sustainable community,

2.Creation of human friendly and livable city,

3. Creation of self-maintained nuclear community as a ” Dramatic City”.
